News from the CNMI

This morning, Governor Benigno Repeki Fitial resigned his position. His lieutenant governor, Eloy Inos and the senate president, Jude Hofschneider, immediately stepped up to their new positions.

At 1:30 PM, CNMI Supreme Court Chief Justice Alexandro Castro swore in Eloy Inos as our new CNMI Governor.

 

 

CNMI Superior Court Presiding Judge Robert Naraja administered the oath to Jude Hofschneider as our new CNMI Lieutenant Governor.
